“Picture this….its 1990, I hear Little Angels for the first time. I was 16, and had really, only just started my musical journey, but from the moment I heard the boys , it changed…….something in me sparked, and I HAD to be in a band. The songs , the musicianship, the PASSION….grabbed my soul , and shook me. And being a drummer , Micheal Lee instantly blew me away. He changed the way I looked at playing. I studied everything he did. Listened ,watched and absorbed every action. A huge inspiration on me , and I miss him every day. So when Toby asked me to record the drums for his new project, I was gobsmacked…..and to be asked to do a Little Angels song, well…..my little 16 year old self exploded with all sorts of emotions. And I was beyond honoured to do it. I have a lot of bands that I look up to , and take influence from. But Little Angels are more than that to me.
